Owie Boo Boo

Warning!!!!
*If you can't handle injuries or blood, skip this post.

I left the girls home for 30 minutes and this is what happens!
Kylee and Cheyenne were messing around outside and they got tangled up and fell in the gravel. Kylee came up fine because she landed on poor widdle Cheyenne. She cut up the inside of her knee.
They called me on my cell phone and told me Cheyenne had fallen and had a "cut" on her knee. I didn't know how serious it was, so I hurried home. She was laying on the bed with a washcloth on it. I was brave and asked her to show it to me....Ick! It took two looks and I knew we had to put her back together.
I called our pediatrician and they were too busy so we headed to the ER.
Cheyenne hates needles!
When the doctor came in he didn't talk much so the anxiety just increased. She didn't want to look at him so he decided to be funny.
He put a glove on his head and told her she needs to lighten up! That didn't go over so well.
Here are some phrases from Cheyenne:
1.He stabbed me with a needle a jillion different times.
2. Kylee laughed at me and I said, Why are you laughing at me??? (she laughs when she feels like crying)
3. I screamed so loud, I'm sure the whole hospital heard me.
4. She shouldn't be able to feel anything.... (dumb doctor said as he was jamming the needle into the cut and wiggled it)
5. He scrubbed my leg off when he was cleaning it, it felt like he was using sandpaper.

Here is what it looked like when we left. Five staples!

Cheyenne handled it all so well. She is a real trooper.

Wanna Go Out?

We spent the day at the cabin last week and didn't get home until 7:00.
Kylee went out to the barn to feed, and found a surprise. A "friend" was standing there holding flowers....

and had caught Kylee's horse and decorated her with the question, "Wanna go out?????"
Ahhhh.....YES!!!!!!!!!! Kylee said.

Later that night Kylee and Cheyenne were messing around. They make me laugh.

Graduation All Night Party

This is the last graduation activity. The senior parents put on an all night party. A couple friends and I ran a photo booth. The girls were trying to look tough. What do you think, do they scare you?

Graduation Ceremony & Party

Ahhh...she walks. I am so excited to see what her life will be like from this point on.
She has worked hard to get the most out of her education and now she is ready to take it to the next level. She is ready to take on the world and meet the challenge of college and the work force. She is a goal setter and we are very proud of her.

The "three amigos" waiting for the ceremony to begin.

Joined by a few friends that always make them laugh.

Jessie, Tayler, and Lisa with their high school diplomas.
I remember the day these three girls met each other.
They were 3 1/2 feet tall, missing teeth, and full of laughter.
Now look at them...

Family came from all over to share this special occasion.
Cheyenne and Tayler.

Kylee and Tayler

We enjoyed a nice day on the deck with family.

Tayler felt special and enjoyed spending time with everyone.

On Sunday there was a family reunion and dad had all his sisters and brother here.
My dad and mom.
Aunt S and Uncle J.
Uncle L & Aunt P.
The Schimel's came too, but they snuck away with out getting a family photo.
Maybe another day.
Thank you to all who came and shared this day with us.
We love you all.

Senior Skit Night

The night before Tayler's graduation, the parents put on a skit.
It was a Hollywood theme so after dinner the kids walked the famous "Red Carpet" and we were the admiring fans and paparazzi. Here Tayler is signing an autograph. I can't identify these sexy woMEN, but thought it would be fun to show you them.
There were a lot of hilarious skits and the kids loved it. Three years to recover and then I 'll be ready for Kylee to graduate (maybe???). It is good to have goals, right?
