FFA State Convention

Monday night were the closing ceremonies for the 80th FFA State Convention here in Pendleton.
Tayler invited me to go with her so we could see her good friend Jessie get her State Degree.
This is Sarah, Tayler's long time friend from preschool.
The evening was very fun. The energy and good clean fun this group has is
fun to be a part of. This afternoon we headed out to the River House were Grammie
seems to have an endless supply of drumstick icecream cones.
The girls quickly raided the freezer and reduced the
number of drumsticks located there by two. Brian did the very same thing
last time we visited. ??? Where are our manners???

We have an excellent state convention in Oregon. It was a lot of fun. My best friend, Kristi, got to speak on stage at the convention. I feel kinda bad because we were goofing around before her speech and I pulled on her tie (she wears a tie instead of a scarf). When she gave her speech, her tie was crooked and he collar was sticking up and her picture was taken as well. Oh well, it's probably the only bad FFA picture of Kristi. I always look like a slob in my FFA pictures. ---Lori
